 Transfer Admission
  • If you are transferring from a junior college or college/university outside of the South Dakota Board of Regents System, follow these easy requirements and procedures for Transfer Admission.
 
South Dakota Board of Regents (BOR) Transfer
  • If you are transferring and your most recent college or university is a South Dakota Board of Regents System school (BHSU, DSU, NSU, SDSMT, SDSU), follow the procedures for BOR Transfers
 
Readmitted Students
  • If the last school you attended was The University of South Dakota and you are returning to The U after discontinuing your enrollment, follow the procedures for Readmitted Students.

Transfer and Substitution of Classes

If you think you might have taken a course at another institution that has not yet been evaluated for equivalency at USD, submit a petition using the Transfer Equivalency Requests form.
