School Counselor Institute
Welcoming to Campus, Counselors!
An annual summer tradition at The U, the School Counselor Institute brings together guidance counselors from across the region for a hands-on workshop featuring one of The U's extraordinary academic programs.
The Institute encourages interactive sessions with faculty and area professionals, and provides counselors with experiences and tools to assist students interested in the showcase program. The Institute is provided at no cost to eligible high school counselors, and counselors completing the Institute may earn one graduate level continuing education credit.

The 7th annual School Counselor Institute is tentatively scheduled for June 17-18, 2010. Watch for registration and programming information for the 2010 Institute available in the spring.
Past School Counselor Institutes have featured The U's Fine Arts, Health Sciences and Contemporary Media & Journalism programs.
