USD's First Year Experience (FYE) offers unique living and classroom opportunities designed to help you make a successful academic and social transition to college.
- As a member of an FYE Network, you'll automatically enroll with your Network of 20 other first-year students in two or three of USD's most in-demand courses.
- You'll join other students in FYE in living together in Mickelson or Beede Hall.
- You'll take part in a discussion-based FYE Seminar on subjects based on your interest such as "Pop Culture," "Social Networking" and "So you want to be a Doctor?"
